Replaces the original Google Toolbox, AlloyDB, and Gemini stack with FastMCP, PostgreSQL + pgvector, and OpenAI/GROQ models. Uses LangGraph to structure the agent into clear, testable nodes with explicit control flow for tool usage, authentication, and booking validation.
